1: To be eligible for an exchange/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2: It must also be in the original packaging, with tags and invoice intact.
3: Product should be unused, unwashed, and in proper shape.
4: We offer a 4 days Exchange and Return Policy.
5: These 4 days are counted from product delivery date. If 4 days have passed your item will not be eligible for the return/exchange service.
6: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, socks, watches, Belts, Wallets or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, used/dirty footwear can’t be refunded/exchanged.

* Downloadable software products
* Health and personal care items, includes perfumes
7: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
8: Please do not send your Returns/Exchanges directly to us or sellers. Please Place proper return request and then follow the return/exchange process communicated over email.s
9: Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
10: Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately SALE items cannot be refunded.
To exchange your product, you should first intimate us by email, you will receive a confirmation with exchange instructions. Please DO NOT send your products directly to US/Manufacturer or other sellers. If the product required by you in exchange is available with the seller we will hold that product for you and initiate the exchange process, in case the product is not available at the moment, you will be notified to wait for the exchange process to begin.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of exchange shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We don't provide reverse pickup in some locations. (Home pickup of goods in case of returns/exchange.)
